Exploring the Various Urban/Architectural Issues and Characteristics of Commercial Space

a. Commercial space + design using slopes based on the social and cultural understanding of the land and the understanding of the urban context

b. Concepts of External Space and Internal Space in Commercial Space

c. An Exploration of the Boundary between the Storefront and the Street and the sidewalk

d. Conceptual representation of commercial space in facade

e. Explore pedestrian movements from sidewalks to shops

f. Exploring public spaces that can operate inside commercial spaces and at the urban level by setting cross-sectional spaces connecting sidewalks and interior and planning street-scapes formed by roadside elevation

g. Street identity incorporating urban design elements such as furniture, signboards, typography, lighting, etc

h. Cultivation of land development capabilities including external spaces such as cutting and filling plans, access road plans, rain/drain plans, and landscaping plans considering the safety and economic feasibility of slopes

i. Program establishment based on the analysis of the transformation process of urban space and the current humanities context (psychological and cultural)
